About Moraff and Moraffware
Steve Moraff is a programmer who has been developing software for 30 years. In
1986 he began a business known popularly as MoraffWare. Older fans remember
dungeon games, like Moraff's Revenge or Dungeons of the Unforgiven. Later Moraff
produced puzzle games like Entrap and eventually MahJongg.

Moraff was usually the first to create games to take advantage of new advances in
graphics. Some historical firsts include the first ever high resolution EGA and later
VGA game. Then the first and nearly only SVGA games (this is during the DOS era).
When Moraff began making Windows games, they were even sharper, as Moraff
was again the first to support 16 million colors, and to this day Moraff generally
provides the highest resolution imaging in his products.

In 1995, with the release of Moraff's MoreJongg and SphereJongg, Moraff became
the leading MahJongg maker, a position held for nearly 10 years. Many millions of
users have played Moraff's MahJongg games.

With the release of Moraff's Freedom Player, Moraff brings his level of extreme
quality to media players. This player is at the heart of a new wave of Moraff
endeavors, including his efforts to spur the development of virtual countries. The
player also will help publicize Moraff's new line of language games.
